2 Tbsp. Henry's Market Organic Butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 halibut fillet, about 1 pound
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Coat the halibut well with the sauce, and place on the grill. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce. Halibut is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
