2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. Henry's Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. sweet relish
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. brown mustard seed
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) Henry's Chunk Light Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
1/2 organic apple, cored and diced
2 stalks organic celery, diced
1 leaf organic green or red lettuce, shredded
1 whole-wheat pita, cut in half
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish, dill, mustard seed, salt and pepper. Stir in tuna, apple and
celery. Place shredded lettuce in pita, spoon half the tuna salad into pita pocket and enjoy. |
