Thanksgiving
Who says Thanksgiving is just for turkey lovers? Vegetarians and those who simply desire a change of pace will have lots to be thankful for with every bite of our meatless feast.
Start with baby greens, ripe pears, toasted pecans and tangy blue cheese tossed with a zesty cranberry vinaigrette and move on to the main dish of tender lasagna layered with butternut squash and three cheeses, then baked to creamy satisfying perfection. With two complementary sides of Brussels sprouts in a three citrus butter and mushrooms sautéed with rosemary, port and garlic, you simply can’t go wrong.
And of course, we didn’t leave out a sweet ending. Try our make-ahead dessert favorite, Pumpkin Flan. Simply top with a dollop of rum-infused whipped cream for a creamy delicious finale.
And don’t worry; this meal won’t chain you to the stove. We added make-ahead tips to help ease preparation so you can spend more time with family and friends.
