Here's the shopping list for week 1! You should be able to find all these items at your local Henry's.
Supplement:
- Whey protein powder 1 lb
- Psyllium Husk 12 oz
Vegetables:
- 1 Sweet potato
- 1 bag Henry’s carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 Cucumbers
- 3 Red bell peppers
- 2 Green bell peppers
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 sm Jiamca
- 1 bunch Radish
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Broccoli 2 lb
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Snow Peas 24 (about 1/2 cup)
- Romaine lettuce 1 head
- Green Onion
Fruit:
- 5 Lemons
- 3 Apples
- Strawberries (frozen or fresh) 4 cups
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Honeydew melon
- Blueberries 1 pint
- 1 lg Onion
- 3 Summer Squash
- 5 oranges
Spices/Broth:
- Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 garlic
- Salsa 1 jar
- Ginger (fresh or dried) small amount
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Dried Basil
Grocery/Bulk dept:
- Henry's Organic Apple Juice 1 gallon
- Corn Tortilla 1 package
- Black beans 1 can (or 1 cup dried)
- Pinto beans 1 can ( or 1 cup dried)
- Almond Milk 12 oz
- Fat-Free salad dressing
- Quinoa 1 cup
- Rice cakes, 1 package (your choice of flavor)
- Asian-style marinade
- 2 Tablespoon Corn starch
- toasted sesame oil
- Canola Oil
- Pineapple Juice, 1 cup
- Salsa (optional)
Dairy/Deli:
- 1 dozen Eggs
- Hummus 1 sm container (your choice of flavor)
Seafood/Meat dept:
- Raw Salmon 4 oz
- Turkey Bacon 1 package
- 2 Chicken breast boneless, skinless, 8 oz
- White fish 4 oz
- 8 oz. Turkey Tenderloin (may also use turkey breast)
