Here's the shopping list for week 4! You should be able to find all these items at your local Henry's.
Supplement:
- Henry's Whey protein powder
- 8 Tbsp Flax seed, ground
Vegetables:
- 2 large head Romaine lettuce
- 1 butterhead lettuce
- 1 bunch spinach
- 4 sm tomato
- 1 large package Henry’s carrots
- 3 cucumber
- 1 purple cabbage
- 3 medium onion
- 1 bunch celery stalks
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 green bell pepper
- 1 sweet red bell pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 sm zucchini
- 1 sm summer squash
- 4 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 sm sweet potato
- 1 artichoke (if not available substitute 1 cup broccoli)
- 1 cup your choice: cauliflower, Brussels sprouts or broccoli
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 small jicama
- 1 head garlic1 head garlic
Fruit:
- 3 lemons
- 2 limes
- 4 Oranges
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
- 3 cup strawberries, or any other type of berry
- 2 grapefruits
- 2 avocados, ripe or semi-ripe
Spices/Broth:
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ginger root, grated or ground
- 2 can (14.5 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay spice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed coriander
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Grocery/Bulk dept:
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- fat free Italian dressing
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 package corn tortilla
- 1 can (20ounces) Henry’s pineapple chunks
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 8 Fl oz RW Knudsen, Just Cranberry Juice, (you should have some cranberry juice leftover from week 3)
- 1 can (15 oz) organic kidney bean
- 1 can ( 15 oz) Henry’s black bean
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/green chilies
- 1 can Henry’s Pinto beans
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 pint almond milk
- 3.5 cups Old Fashion Oats
- 1 cup quinoa
- 15 raw almonds
Dairy/Deli:
- Dozen Eggs
- Hummus 1 sm container (your choice of flavor)
Seafood/Meat dept:
- 2 -5 ounce salmon fillet
- 10 ounces cooked turkey breast
- 1 lb. ground turkey meat
- 1 lb. Alaska halibut (each serving is 4 ounces)
- 1 4 ounce tilapia fillet
- 1 package Extra-Lean Turkey bacon
- 16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
