Wellness Fair in San Diego - September 12, 2009 Mark Your Calendar! Henry’s Farmers Markets is hosting its 13th Annual Wellness Fair on September 12 in San Diego! This year will be bigger than ever with two exhibit halls to hold even more vendors, and as always, we'll have plenty of natural products to sample and great giveaways. From all-star chefs cooking up healthy dishes to expert presentations on living a healthier lifestyle, the Henry’s Wellness Fair will include more than 50 exhibits with free food tastings, natural product samplings, health screenings, fitness demonstrations as well as a children’s zone. The event will feature Udo Erasmum, celebrated author of "Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill" and New York Times Best Selling Author Brenda Watson. They will be joined by 10 prominent natural health speakers offering lectures on various wellness topics throughout the day. See the agenda of speakers. For just $10 you'll have the opportunity to get advice from nationally renown health experts on topics such as weight loss, gluten-free living, nurturing your immunity and more.
