White Bean and Rosemary Dip

Create a Tri-Colore of Cool Dips for your party by serving White Bean and Rosemary Dip, Roasted Red Pepper, Feta and Yogurt Dip and Edamame Hummus with baby carrots, celery sticks, tri-color pepper strips, cucumber slices and toasted pita sticks.

Total Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 cups

1 (14.5 oz.) can Henry's Organic Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
juice and zest of one lemon
2 Tbsp. Henry's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. rosemary leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper to taste

Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste.
