Total Time: 15 minutes
Makes 4 cups
4 oz. white chocolate, chopped
4 c. Henry's 2% or Whole Organic Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. peppermint extract
4 mini candy canes
Place chocolate in a glass bowl. Heat milk over medium heat, until it just starts to boil. Pour over chocolate and whisk to combine. Pour back into saucepan and stir in vanilla and peppermint. Simmer 1 minute longer. Pour into mugs and garnish with a candy cane.
Other fun garnishes to try: chopped peppermint candies, sprinkle of nutmeg or cardamom, sprinkle of dark chocolate cocoa, dark chocolate shavings, white chocolate shavings, candied orange peels (click for recipe).
