White Sangria

Prep time: 15 minutes, chill: 1 hour

3 Tbsp. honey
1 cup Henry's Apple Juice
1 lime, sliced into wedges
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
2 cups melon balls
1 pint raspberries
2 kiwi, peeled and cut into wedges
1 bottle semi-sweet dry wine (Pinot Grigio, Voigner or even a Rose)
2 Tbsp chopped mint
1 bottle Henry's Italian Sparkling Mineral Water

Heat apple juice with honey over a low flame until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool. Mix the honey and apple juice mixture, limes, lemons and mint in a pitcher. Cover with wine. Chill for at least an hour. Mix the rest of the fruit together and place a couple of spoonfuls in each glass. Pour wine mixture over the fruit. Top with a splash of sparkling soda.
