Our History Henry’s Farmers Market is a family of friendly, authentic natural food stores that offer an old fashioned shopping experience reminiscent of produce stands and neighborhood butcher shops of the 1950s. The roots of Henry's were established in 1943 as a family-owned business selling truckloads of fresh, local peaches on a street corner in San Diego. It has since grown to become a favorite Southern California shopping destination, famous for its exceptional values and vast selection of all-natural foods. Our Future Henry’s has a very exciting growth plan. Presently, we are focusing on opening new stores in new markets as well as renovating many of our existing locations.
