Prep time: 5 minutes, Chill time: 1 hour, Serves 4-6
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops Texas ChampagneŽ Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Mix all ingredients well and chill thoroughly before serving.
Directions for Cooked Shrimp:
Thaw overnight in the bag in the refrigerator, or remove shrimp from bag, thaw in a colander or strainer under cold running water for about three minutes. Use immediately.
