Prep Time: 20 minutes. Cook Time: 40 minutes, Serves 4
1 pound natural ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 jar (24 ounces) Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce
8 slices Provolone Cheese
4 (6-inch) Sandwich Baguettes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine beef, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, oregano, egg cheese. Mix well and form into (12) 3-inch meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Heat marinara in a saucepan. Place 3 meatballs in each baguette, cover with sauce and 2 slices of cheese. Turn broiler on high. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and place under broiler for about 1 minute.
