Cook time: 10 minutes
1/4 c. canola oil
3/4 c. organic yellow popcorn kernels
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
2-3 Tbsp. butter
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high for one minute. Add one kernel of popcorn to the oil. When it pops, add the rest of the popcorn. Cover and shake gently until the corn begins to pop. Shake over the heat until the popping subsides. Remove from heat, and pour into a large bowl. Melt butter in a small sauce. Stir in spices. Drizzle over popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Add salt to taste.
