Our dietitians and nutritionists have developed great-tasting menus, easy-to-follow superfood recipes and handy shopping lists to help you reach a healthy weight and boost your overall health. In addition to the meal plan, make sure you enjoy one to two snacks from our list of Healthy Snack Choices to boost your metabolism and keep you satisfied throughout the day. And don’t forget to drink at least eight cups of water a day (substitute Henry's Italian Sparkling Mineral Water, green or herbal tea for variety) .
