Natural Easter Basket Centerpiece
You will need 3 to 5 naturally dyed eggs, a square of wheat grass from our produce department, a basket and some Spanish moss. Choose a basket that the wheat grass will easily fit into and fill in the gaps with the Spanish moss to hide the plastic wheat grass container. Place eggs on the wheat grass and show off your creation in the center of your table! Add ribbon for extra effect.
Show Off Some Simple Blooms
Take 5 or 7 empty wine bottles or decorative bottles of different shapes and heights and fill them with water. Choose 5 to 7 blooms, such as Gerber daisies, sunflowers, calla lilies or tulips, and place a single stem in each bottle. Arrange in the center of your table for a beautiful, airy arrangement. Add a drop of food coloring of your choice in each bottle for an extra punch of color.
Mini-Flower Pot Centerpiece
Buy 3 to 5, 4-inch green plants, flowering plants or herbs, from our floral department, place them in terra cotta pots and arrange them in a line down the center of your table. You can also offer one to each of your guests as a gift to take home.
Luscious Lemon and Lime Centerpiece
Fill a large glass bowl with lemons and lime. Place the glass bowl on a wooden tray and set in the middle of your table. You can also add lemons or limes to the bottom of a vase before you arrange your flowers.
Luminous Lights
Purchase 6 to 15 white or ivory pillar candles of different sizes and shapes and place decoratively down the center of your table. Mix and match heights for added interest. Take some edible flowers or flower petals and strew them around the candles before lighting.
Elegant Menus
Print out your Easter menu on fine linen paper using a decorative script such as a cursive font or a font that you find to be elegant. Fold each menu in half (like a tent) and place at the top of each person’s place setting.
