2 c. organic chicken or vegetable broth
1 c. organic quinoa, well-rinsed
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 clove garlic, minced
sea salt and pepper to taste
Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add quinoa, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir, cover and
lower heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. |
