Makes: 1 cup
1 large avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
3 Tbsp. avocado oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
1/4 c. silken tofu
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly cracked pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce
Place ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and use within 3 days.
